Breast Revision

This 55-year-old female from San Diego, CA was diagnosed with left breast cancer 20 years ago. She underwent mastectomy and immediate saline implant reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. The surgeon did a right breast reduction to improve symmetry but did not place an implant. The saline implant is now ruptured and the patient is unhappy with her marked breast asymmetry. Dr. Gupta performed saline implant revision with a new gummy bear silicone implant and also re-did the right breast lift. To improve symmetry, Dr. Gupta also placed a small silicone implant in the right breast. The patient is now very happy and has softer breasts with much better symmetry.
