This 41-year-old female from San Diego, CA was unhappy with the change in her breast size and shape after having two children. She requested breast augmentation from a 32-A to a D cup. Dr. Gupta performed augmentation with smooth round 350 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. These pictures are 6 months after surgery and the patient is extremely happy.
