Breast Reconstruction Latissimus Gallery Patient 389555

This 60-year-old female from Vista, CA, was diagnosed with left breast cancer 15 years ago and underwent left lumpectomy and radiation therapy. She did not have any reconstruction at that time because she could not find a plastic surgeon who could do her procedure. She now has significant breast scarring, distortion, and asymmetry. She was finally referred to Dr. Gupta, who performed left breast latissimus flap and implant reconstruction, and a right breast mastopexy augmentation for symmetry. These pictures were taken 4 months after surgery. The patient is very happy with her results and is now in the process of scheduling nipple reconstruction.
