Breast Reconstruction Implants Gallery Patient 415587
This 30-year-old female from San Diego, CA had a strong family history of breast cancer and decided to undergo bilateral prophylactic mastectomy after testing positive for BRCA. Dr. Gupta performed bilateral immediate tissue expander and AlloDerm breast reconstruction followed by 550 cc silicone gel implant reconstruction. The patient later decided to have slightly larger implants and Dr. Gupta used 650 cc silicone implants. These pictures were taken 4 months after that final surgery.
