Sara is a San Diego native, wife, and mother of two. As Cosmetic Surgery Director, she guides patients through the cosmetic treatment journey—answering questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring smooth communication between you and the rest of the team.

Insurance & Reconstructive Surgery Director

Since Gupta Plastic Surgery opened in 2008, Paulette has managed insurance, billing, and reconstructive case coordination. She brings years of experience and empathy to her role, especially for patients undergoing complex or reconstructive procedures.
