This 46-year-old female from San Diego, CA was unhappy with her sagging breasts after breast-feeding a child. She desired a breast lift and augmentation. Dr. Gupta performed a breast lift mastopexy and placed 400 cc smooth round silicone implants under the muscle. The patient is very happy with her breast shape and size.
